Mary Jane Williams

A graduate of Haywood High School, Mary Jane attended the University of Mississippi and received her Bachelor of Arts in music education from Lambuth College in 1973.

She taught music and English at Tennessee Academy from 1973 to 1976, and later at Haywood Junior High from 1987 to 2012.

Mary Jane was married to the late Wayne Williams. Together they led the music program at Allen Baptist Church from 1973 until his death in 2009. They have three children and six grandchildren.
